"Created by hand, one at a time by the artisans of the ESP Custom Shop in Japan, the ESP Alexi Hexed is the identical model designed and played by one of the most beloved and influential figures in metal music: Alexi Laiho of Children of Bodom/Bodom After Midnight. The ESP Alexi Hexed is offered in an offset V shape with neck-thru-body construction at 25.5” scale. It features a three-piece thin u-shaped maple neck with natural satin finish for smooth and fast playability, alder body wings, and an ebony fingerboard (scalloped from frets 19-24) with 24 extra-jumbo frets, sawtooth inlays, and glow-in-the-dark side markers. High-end components on this outstanding guitar include Gotoh locking tuners, ESP strap locks, and a double-locking Floyd Rose Original bridge. A single EMG HZ F-H2 passive humbucker creates the excellent presence and clarity with a punchy response that you can expect from the ESP Alexi Hexed. It also includes an ESP MM-04 active boost switch, a preamp circuit with adjustable EQ settings and up to +18dB of boost when you need it! Available in Purple Fade finish with light purple pinstripes, with matching back and sides. Includes deluxe ESP hardshell case."
