The Plexi50 Bass is a sweet companion to both the Lead series and 100W amplifiers. Don’t be fooled by the simple control layout – there is a myriad of tones available. This may be the most expressive design for users of those strange knobs and switches on your guitar.
Compared to the Lead, the Bass version of the head is much fuller sounding in the bottom end. That being said, this is still capable of some heinous crunch (right, Malcolm?).
Like other Ceriatone amps, we have labored carefully to select the finest components to suit the design, and the Plexi50 uses our specially designed, custom transformers for superior reliability, frequency response, and feel."
