From Taylor:

"A deeper version of our Grand Pacific body shape adds a new dimension of heritage-inspired tone to our growing Gold Label Collection with the Gold Label 817e. This modified round-shoulder dreadnought boasts the top-tier wood pairing of Honduran rosewood back and sides with a torrefied Sitka spruce top, yielding a richly textured voice with clear trebles, rumbling lows and remarkable warmth across the frequency spectrum. Players can expect a lush, complex overtone response along with enhanced volume, sustain and resonance thanks to the fanned V-Class interior bracing and long-tenon Action Control Neck, which also offers precise, fast string height adjustments so you can dial in the perfect feel. The Gold Label 817e sports sleek visuals that channel its throwback inspiration, including a four-piece Simons wedge back configuration, grained ivoroid body binding with ivoroid and Honduran rosewood edge trim, a single-ring rosette in paua and Honduran rosewood, Continental fretboard inlays in mother-of-pearl, Gotoh 510 tuning machines in antique chrome with ebony buttons, an engraved faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, and a full-body gloss finish. It ships with LR Baggs Element VTC electronics and a deluxe British Cocoa hardshell case."

Testimonials

We had a GREAT experience. Raina helped us and we were there buying a guitar for my daughter. We didn't know anything and she was mindful of budget, never made us feel stupid and explained everything clearly. I would happily refer friends.

I took a student of mine to get his first guitar...a PRS SE Custom 24. We drove 3 hours to the guitar mecca of Wisconsin. Big shout out to Brett, Jordan, Christian, Brandon and Dave. I also took my student to see the collection upstairs and Dave was kind enough to answer some trivia questions concerning the PRS collection. Great experience, worth the travel. Thanks and Rawk on!
